The tests are sent by courier (at 7:00, 9:00, 12:00, 17:00) to an external laboratory for evaluation. If tested before 17:00, the result is available approximately 5 hours after the courier's departure from the airport.

Excellent. There are advantages to being in the big city of Zurich as opposed to out in the sticks past Bern.
Still, it stings the wallet to have to pay an extra 195 out of your own pocket on top of your airfare/hotel/car hire just so you can travel.
