To each their own, but I prefer to not see a functioning and fully equipped tank in my mad neighbor's garden, or a missile launcher mounted on his truck.

That ruling was overturned by the Supreme Court in 2018 (7-2, Kavanaugh hadn't been appointed yet).

ETA:
The New York Times called that 7-2 ruling a "narrow decision". Go figure.
