Dear Swiss Paket customers,

some news are unfortunately only as current as yesterday's newspaper.
Please understand that we do not create the rules for the COVID ordinances, but rather the state of Baden Württemberg and, as you can see, these can change daily.
The Ministry for Social Affairs and Integration Baden Württemberg has now, four days after the approval that customers can pick up their parcels, taken them back again.
Entry into Germany and collection of the parcels is currently only possible for the following people without having to go into quarantine afterwards:

1. Passing through
2. Cross-border commuters and cross-border commuters
3. People who enter the country for less than 72 hours due to a visit from first-degree relatives or their partner.
4. Commercial movement of goods

If you have no way of picking up your parcel yourself or you cannot commission someone to do it, we still have the following options available for you:

1. Storage of your parcels without additional charges
2. Return of your parcels to the sender via GLS (subject to a fee)
3. Shipping your parcels to Switzerland by DHL (subject to a fee)

Our branches remain open during normal opening times!
