Yep, I use mine a lot. I really like the slow and low method of cooking required for certain types of meat (oxtail, beef shin, shoulder, beef rib etc) and these pots are perfect for it.

I use it for pasta sauces, curries, stews and you can roast meats in it too.

I have a Le Creuset, which I bought, surprisingly, from Zalando-Lounge (Zalandoís online outlet store) I got a fantastic deal. I think I paid 150, marked down from 350.

There is also another high end brand called Staub. I had a cheaper brand previously, but the enamel stained and started to come off, so I would always recommend spending a bit more. Itís going to last you a long time, so Iím the end the cost over the years is not so high.
