Most of the deaths are lagging the infections by 2-4 weeks, they don't die instantly, you know. Plus 2 weeks is needed to reach that 95% antibody level. This brings us to the point that there will be at least a 1-2 month lag between most of 75+ taking the second shot and death rate plummeting.
