So Corona going away in the year 20002?

Anyone knows the ratio of Vit D3 to K2 that one must be taking? I have a large stock of Vit D3 5000 IU/125mcg. I need to buy Vit K2 to take with it, and I am not sure what dosage I should be buying to go with my Vit D3 stock. I have looked at the various Vit D3 + Vit K2 combined capsules and the ratio varies really widely!

For example:

D3 125msg + K2 25mcg
vs
D3 125msg + K2 50mcg
vs
D3 125msg + K2 100mcg
I recently bought this mix of vitamin D3 and K2 where the recommended one drop per day equals vitamin D3 1000IU and vitamin K2 50MCG. It received really good reviews. Looks like it's sold out now, though, but if you are interested, there are other brands available on amazon.de that are a mix of the two.

If you're on a blood thinner for any reason, be careful with vitamin K because it can cause your blood to clot more easily.
