Unlike the U.K. who despite vaccinating many people, are today going to announce that travellers entering need 3 PCR test. -72hrs, +2 days & +8 days apparently. That makes visiting totally unaffordable and unworkable
Indeed, I was thinking from the perspective of EFers. Either CH passport or residence permit. I still see most of the world in white in the BAG/OFSP map. For example, possible to catch a bit of sun in Greece and return to CH without quarantine. Albeit, 7 day quarantine at the beach hotel.
