Twice recently we paid an extra 9chf to Zalando to have something delivered at night, 16.30-21.00 .. Obviously for good reason, like last time it was a birthday gift and we'd be away next day ..

Requested delivery Monday night and it was actually delivered Wednesday morning after going through a loop of "Misdirected" - "Sorted for delivery" - "Misdirected" etc etc..

We order regularly so no issues with address, seems the post can't deal with the late in the day delivery.

Must mail them this morning to request my 9chf back!
