Re: Commuting between UK and Switzerland

I have worked out that for my round trip to the UK, I will have to complete at least 8 forms:
  • 2 x Attestation sur l'honneur absence de symptômes Covid (one in each direction through France)
  • International travel declaration to leave France towards the UK
  • UK Passenger Locator Form
  • UK declaration for international travel (the new one mentioned by Spaceghost)
  • International travel declaration to get back into France from the UK (this is a French document, not the same as Spaceghost's one)
  • Attestation de déplacement dérogatoire in case I miss the French curfew deadline on the way back from Calais to Switzerland
  • Entry form to get back into Switzerland

It's form heaven ;-)
Stephen, please can you send me the link to the 2x attestation d’honneur for the absence of Covid. I cannot find a separate document, in my searches I am only getting the International travel declarations for third country nationals. Is it not incorporated within those? Thanks
