Re: Rental contract options

There are plenty of threads about this. Do a search in this section of the forum.

1. Yes, they will and could still bill you for any damages, etc.

2. You will no longer have anything to do with the apartment if you find someone to take over your lease.

3. Yes. It doesn't matter if the regie rejects them, so long as they are suitable.

4. It means what it says. Once a new tenant signs the contract, the apartment is no longer your responsibility.
