What I said, was the premiums were not based on the individual risk, as someone who is 75 pays the same premium as someone who is 30 living at the same address with same excess.

In the 19 years 11 months I lived in CH, my health insurance paid out ZERO, so a moot point on buying nurofen v ibuprofen as I paid 100% of the cost of any medication there was ZERO cost to the system.
