I don't think there are any cantonal regulations as cleaning is regulated by a GAV, GesamtArbeitsVertrag. AFAIK minimim hourly salary is 19.20 since 2020. If you want to be sure you could contact one of the unions, Unia for example. WRT to the authorities, you may already know about the simplified procedure for employers.

But why take the hassle of doing all the backoffice stuff yourself when services like quitt.ch are available? I have no experience with them, but it looks like you get full transparency, and you can always talk to the cleaner her/himself to check and AFAIK they've been around for quite some time. Here as well, the unions should be able to tell who's shady for you to avoid the chaff.
