Healthcare is a bit different in Switzerland, you may need to adjust your expectations. Sorry, I'll bring some bad news.

To get an appointment soon, the best will be to get a recommendation of the family doctor. A letter from the general doctor referring to an specialist can open doors by magic. But, it will be the choice of your family doc.

Back to the soon part, hurry to get the appointment with the first available specialist. Vacations are here, specialists are not workaholics available 24/7 like other countries. Think about good recommendations for September and after.
