Is rapid antigen test free in Zurich / Basel / Geneva airport with Swiss insurance?

Will be travelling in a period of time and looking for the pre-travel testing options at Swiss airports.

Since the rapid antigen tests are currently free at a testing centre, at your doctor’s, in a hospital or at a pharmacy, as per FOPH, I would expect these to be free for the Swiss health insurance card holders as well:

For Zurich airport, as it`s located solely in Switzerland, and the lab is considered to be a testing centre, as well as the lab in the nearby Radisson hotel.

Not sure about the Basel airport - as per info on their website - testing lab is located on the French side, hence would expect this to be not free for Swiss health insurance card holders?

In Geneva - would expect it to be free as well, similar to Zurich airport?

Could anyone confirm that, as well as procedure, i.e. have to pay first, to be reimbursed via insurance company later, or not needed to be paid at all.
