Re: 21-day summer special immersion Yoga program

Hello everyone
Day 4 out of our 21-Day Summer Special Yoga immersion, it's about "Yoga for Sitting All Day".

Do you have to sit all day long and work at the computer? Have you been experiencing dead butt, sciatic nerve pain, lower back pain, joint pain, strained neck and varicose veins? Please refer to the picture attached.

You are NOT alone! Many of us have been spending hours on sitting daily, and it's slowly killing us.

In order to avoid or release that, one "Yoga class for Sitting All Day" will be organized online via Zoom. This practice will activate the entire back muscle chain of the body to counterbalance the hours spent sitting in this period of tele-work.
