You cannot drive the new car until it is insured, registered and plated.

If you want to use your old plate, you first need to deregister the old car.

Insurance belongs to the car, not the person.

There are no dealer courtesy plates.

Buyer pays the fees of registration.

You need to organize the insurance BEFORE you change plates.
