I was cleaning my home office during forum shutwdown and found an old newspaper with some news about a Briton brewing carrot beer in Muhen (Aargau).

online article in german https://www.wynentaler-blatt.ch/2021...ebli-bier.html
article translation https://translate.google.com/transla...ebli-bier.html

Being this an English forum I ask, anyone has tried this concoction yet? If not, I'll I do it in the name of science and report back
Is he actually brewing carrots? Or is it more a carrrot alambic, analogously to Belgian fruit beers?

I'm not sure that fermenting carrots is a good idea.
