I'm glad to hear that! Well... I decided to take a risk and not pay. We will see what happens, in the worst case they will hire a debt collector. Unlike France, Italy has no treaty with Switzerland. So maybe I will need to be careful when crossing the border. I actually moved canton recently so have different plates now .

With regard to the 360 days rule, I'm a bit confused. According to the Art. 201 that they cite in the letter the notification should be made within 360 days but paragraph 1-bis and "g" mention that ZTL are out of scope. Italian doesn't translate well into English so maybe I miss something.

In addition in the letter that I received they claim that they discovered the infringement only in April 2021 (why only now? Isn't the system automatic?). So I don't know whether this date counts or the date when I actually supposedly violated the law.
