Re: Sunrise - a big scam company

When I wanted to port to a new mobile provider earlier this year, Sunrise / UPC totally muffed up the number transfer, got contracts mixed up with a business account we had with them and closed 10 years ago.

Their call centre was unresponsive and incompetent. In the end, the only way to get them off their backsides was to take to Twitter. as at least they seem to put competent staff in charge of complaints on social meejah.

Still with them for internet and telly as Swisscom were not able to give a better line speed for the price.

Itís sad as when it was just Balcab / Cablecom you got a decent service and competent tech support when you called.
