I just thought I'd ask on English Forum for any perspective. Thanks! I came home after a weekend away to find a massive two metre crack in one of the windows. It's the complete width. It's triple glazed and I'm sure the crack is on the outside. Don't know how it happened? Maybe the weather?

Anyway, It could be a construction problem because the building had a lot of these after being completed 2020. In fact they had to fix this same window but they didn't replace it - they did some kind of sanding thing. Maybe they should have replaced it.

I want to contact a constrution/ bau appraiser to get an expert objective appraisal on the situation and likely reasons. Does anyone know of any such engineer/ architect? I am searching myself of course but a recommend is always good! THANKS
