Worth reading the fine print on that site - YOU are the employer, not homeservice.ch

So in addition to the price on the site, expect to pay:
* you must pay 6.05% of the gross wage to the AHV for social insurance.

* you also pay the employer's half of the social security contributions (approx. 6-8%).
* You also have to take out accident insurance that covers your employee/cleaner
* You need to provide an equivalence for the vacation days (and potentially cover sick days, not sure how this part works for hourly workers)

Ironically, the people behind homeservice have a second site: fairboss : https://www.fairboss.ch/

They will help you calculate all these additional fees and requirements for you... though I think that comes with a fee after the first month

The OP advised they're willing to provide a proper employment contract, which would include the standard employment provisions you have highlighted one would assume.

No one suggested or insinuated homeservice were the employer. It's evidently a resource to find persons willing to work for the hourly rate that the OP can afford that some members claim doesn't exist and decided to mock her for rather than be helpful
