You don't seem to understand what a proper employment contract is I.e. what the OP said they're willing to provide, and that employer costs and contributions are inherently part of such a contract and would be necessary at 20-25 per hour or 40 per hour, or otherwise.
No potential employee asks for a rate inclusive of employer contributions, they ask for what they expect to receive (subject to their own personal deductions), and no employer advertises a salary including what they will be having to legally pay in employer costs as part of a legal contract.
So yes, per the evidence provided, what the OP wants to pay does indeed exist and is very common.
