I've seen Marlboro Man adverts down here in canton Congo, but can't remember when I last saw one. Certainly after 2014 when we moved, but perhaps not so recently. It's still owner's choice whether you can smoke in a bar. I'm actually fine with it being an individual decision, but it means that we won't frequent those bars. It surprises me that it's actually still a rational economic decision to allow it. I know others here who won't drink locally either, but maybe they win more from the smoking crowd. I doubt it though.
