Not sure if you have registered with the Gemeinde, but they do provide you with the local yellow pages and you can look in there. You could go there now and ask for a copy.

Sorry I can't help you more with that.

When we moved to our house I did the first lights with my father in law, and with that as my first experience, I did the rest myself. It is not that difficult at all, just need a drill, plugs, screwdrivers and a ladder, and also have to be very very careful to switch off the power while doing your work. We got our keys in the morning, and before it got dark I had installed the main lights in maybe 5-6 different areas.
