Hi Chris, I'm a Kiwi with a Brit passport, which I have used for everything since leaving Dubai on the flight here. I haven't tried using my NZ passport for anything since pulling out my EU one for the Zurich airport immigration desk, but I have not had a single jot of difficulty with the EU one, so I suggest you use that for everything.

I've also read somewhere that the quota on work permits for EU citizens was lifted effective this year. That's definitely a reason to use the UK one for a work permit application, at least.
