You can go and see for free the caves where they mature the cheese in Kaltbach Kanton Luzern.
I went on this tour and it was really a nice evening out.
First you have an apero , then you go see the huge cheeses maturing in a cave , just the size of everything is breath taking.
After the tour they invite you to a cheese buffet with dessert and coffee and send you home with a box of assorted cheeses.
Nobody trying to sell you products,and even no chance if you wanted to buy cheese, you would have to go to your supermarket to get more.
