I have read this string right through, so apologies if I've missed something.
My family has been invited out to meet the relocation company next week. I've organised a visit to ISB Reinach (kids 11 13).
I'd like to have a look at prospective villages to the south (east and west) of Reinach to get a feel of prospective places to live.
My main criteria are large garden - 2 dogs within a village or edge of town location AND easy public transport links to ISB, Reinach, within 30 minutes. I am assuming that Basel city centre, where the prospective job is no more than 15 minutes further along the public transport lines.

Is a 30 minute public transport commute normal for these kids?
Are Hochwald, Gempen, Pfeffingen, Laufen, Nuglar all too far out?

Any advice on things you'd have wanted your relocation agents to show you on a flying visit?
