1) There is no English-speaking community in Zurich, although many of the members of any of the communities will speak perfectly good English. But no services in English. The only English speaking community was in Geneva but that disbanded in the late 1970's.

2) The closest you will get to Conservative will be the ICZ. The rest are even more orthodox except Or Chadash which is liberal.

3) The communities charge a membership fee which is income-based, although you may get a break if you are a full member elsewhere.
