Hi,

my husband got a job in Geneva and we are considering moving to Switzerland later this year. I am looking for a job and was wondering whether it makes any sense to consider opportunities in Berne? i looked at a map and saw that Lausanne is about halfway, with decent train connections. a one hour train ride doesnt' seem too bad, but then we are living in London now so i am probably used to different commuting standards!

Does anybody commute across Swiss cities? many thanks in advance
