The procedure is explained here:

You should first apply online, then you will receive an email with an application ID number that you can use to make an appointment (which you can also do online). The appointment is necessary to have your fingerscans and photograp taken.

The Visa Application Centre is at Rue du Mont Blanc 26, 1201 Geneva.
