What I did and that was 12 years ago so my kids could each have a tv in their rooms, from cable connection in wall, put two T pieces in the box, run 6 metres cable,put anthoer T piece and run each with cable to separate tv.

Drilled small hole in wall, you don't need to contact landlord, as long as you fill in before you leave.

No quality loss on tv, full contingent of about 40+ channels.

Total cost about 50CHFrs.
Number of tv's from one cable connection 4.

Easy peasy.
