Wow it sounds like you have a leg up on the competition!
If you already speak French and Italian and some German you will have many opportunities to find work. Not knowing what your background is, or where you'll be living it is hard to say what exactly you could be doing.
I moved here three years ago, used to work as an Executive TV producer in the US, a job I could not duplicate here either. I have found that my experience as an EP has trained me well to do a lot of freelance work for international organizations.
