Re: The British Cheese Centre of Switzerland

The HB Market management has finally seen sense and realised that our cheeses actually bring visitors to the Market so they are allowing us to bring what we like. We will be limiting our selection to 5 or 6 cheeses each week but as usual we still accept email orders for collection.

Cheeses this Wednesday will be Lincolnshire Poacher 2 year old raw milk cheddar, Godminster Bio waxed cheddar, Cropwell Bishop blue and White Stilton, gorwydd Caerphilly and mature Wensleydale. There's also a little Quicke's west country cheddar left too.

And for Mr Graben, today I spoke to Mr Humphreys and we are planning a big invasion of volutuous Rachel in 3 weeks. I will also bring over 2 or 3 of his other creations.

Finally, 10 of our most popular cheeses (including Rachel) should be in Jelmoli In Zurich from first week of October. You heard it here first!
