My 2 cents worth:

Yes, you can survive on 130K.

As some-else put it: compare to the average income

You'll be getting about 2.17x the avg income in Switzerland (CH avg income = 60K CHF pa)
What do you get in th UK at the moment?

Avg income in the UK is 30,000 GBP, which is 49,500 CHF at todays rates
(http://www.statistics.gov.uk/cci/nugget.asp?id=334)

Work backwards: 30K GBP x 2.17 = 65K GBP

So if you are on around 65K GBP at the mo, then the 130K CHF is a very approx comparison

PS: looking at the Swiss stats office, it shows UK and CH as having near identical average gross annual wages!

Try also using the famous Big Mac Index to compare cost of living:
Big Mac UK = 1,99 GBP = 3.28 CHF
Big Mac CH = 6.30 CHF

Therefore CH cost of living is 6.30/3.28 = 1.92 or darn near 2x that of the UK

DISCLAIMER: I'm not an expert and the above comparision is done using my own method of comparing worldwide incomes.
