That's Carrefour in Mulhouse. It is massive, reminds me of an American WalMart or similar.
Carrefour is indeed HUGE but about 30km away. The one that is nearer is the Hyper U at Sierentz, about 10km north of Basel, just off the motorway.

There is a LeClerc in Blozheim in addition to the one just north of St Louis, although I tend to prefer the Geant Casino. It even has a little English section.
