Hello Everyone,

My wife & I are in the process of moving our family to Basel from the US. We are looking for places to rent for a few years and need some advice about how to get started. I've been told that the Binningen and Bottmingen areas are great but I have no idea how to contact housing agencies and set up tours. We will both be in Basel in late Dec. or early Jan. to visit the International school (we have a 3 and 5 year old) and look for places to live.

So far I have looked at a couple of websites but haven't figured out how to find properties that will meet our requirements. What am I missing here? I want 4 bedrooms, 175 square meters or larger in a clean, safe area. Any ideas?

In short I'd like to be able to set up some guided tours if homes in and around the city. I'd really appreciate any local knowledg or advice about housing, the International school, working in Basel, etc...
