Re: Landlord refuses to fix mold problem in apartment

It really depends how significant the mould is. Mould can be treated firstly with a mould rid agent and then painted over using an anti mould paint. It might be best to wait and see if the mould returns before taking more action as the landlord may have used appropriate paint to destroy the mould.
