Excellent advice in this thread. Mould can be a health issue. Mould can also be treated by ensuring the room infected is well ventilated. Ie make sure windows remain open after showers. Use heating in the bathroom to reduce dampness etc. As a tenant there is a lot you can do yourself to ensure mould does not return. Without dampness, mould will not survive. It does need to be treated with anti mould agent and most likely anti mould paint.
