I may live in Kanton ZH but I spend a LOT of my time in Baden and I take Mrs. D's point about old buildings etc as to why the prices are low. As for Nussbaumen being "NOT" Baden, well, that's like saying Ennetbaden is not Baden, but my bf just informed me the reason for Nussbaumen being cheaper and it seems because the population is very much foreigners. Not that that would make a difference. I live in Dietikon, they say the same thing but I am happy that I get a huge place for a decent price.

Well Gwendy as foreigners ourselves we'd be at home in these areas surely? I live in a high immigrant area and I am an immigrant too
