| I may live in Kanton ZH but I spend a LOT of my time in Baden and I take Mrs. D's point about old buildings etc as to why the prices are low. As for Nussbaumen being "NOT" Baden, well, that's like saying Ennetbaden is not Baden, but my bf just informed me the reason for Nussbaumen being cheaper and it seems because the population is very much foreigners. Not that that would make a difference. I live in Dietikon, they say the same thing but I am happy that I get a huge place for a decent price.  | |

Ennetbaden is not Baden either.
It's like this:
Obersiggenthal (which includes Nussbaumen) PLZ 5415
Ennetbaden PLZ 5408
Baden PLZ
5400
They are all close to Baden but they are not part of Baden. They each have their own Gemeinde and the tax rate in Obersiggenthal is slightly higher than in Baden.
