Just where do you draw the line?

Pick one: Old people occupy a huge number of NHS beds and cost a lot of money. Euthanase the lot of 'em?

And the state does not pay.
The state has no money per se, it is funded by taxation

And finally, shall we tax those people who don't appear for appointments?
How much time therefore money is wasted on no-shows
