um, nespresso is terrible! If Uncle Max ever arrives he might tell you that the important stuff is to grind the beans yourself, to get a good grinder (a burr one), to make sure you get the coffee from the grinder to the machine immediately. Nespresso isn't that much better than one of the more expensive instant varieties to my taste.
