Re: Can I have 2 work contracts at the same time ?

When I agreed to part company with my employer , if I got a job within the notice period, then they would pay me the remainder as a lump sum. However, other people who left the same company, had written into their contract that if they got a job within the notice period, the payment would stop.

So, if it isn't in the contract, it seems ok. However, one wrinkle that occurs to me is if your employer is paying your accident insurance.

Best consult an employment lawyer. Half an hour shouldn't cost much more than 100CHF, and could save you a lot of hassle.
