Incorporation of new Swiss company

Hi,

Can anybody recommend a company that supplies the service of helping to create a new Swiss company (incorporation) in Zurich.

The company would also need to provide a "director" of the newly created company. The director being a Swiss citizen,

Many thanks,

Martin

Strange. You mamanged to post your other business related questions in the correct forum but not this one. It belongs here.

startups.ch are recommended by more than just myself - I found them to be very good.

As for a resident director - remember that that director must have the signing authority of the company - including the bank account. Be very careful.

The director only needs to be resident in Switzerland - there is no need for a Swiss citizen.

Definitely check out STARTUPS.CH -http://www.startups.ch/en/. Several forum members have recommended them.

Also take a look at http://www.gruenden.ch/index.php?L=1 and their start-up guide (in English) - http://www.gruenden.ch/fileadmin/use...nal_201003.pdf.

All the best.
