I have a plan to start a luxury retirement villa range in Kandy City in Sri Lanka. This is for Swiss / EU seniors over 55 years & 125 luxury appartments with 40 Suites have planned.

Kandy is the second largest city in Sri lanka & it is a world heritage town. 14 Heqtares of land has reserved for this & all inclusive luxury package will offer for residents, including luxury buffet for three meals.

The cost would be 60% with comparing to Swiss retirement plans but every resident gets private nurse & attendent. One bed room, living area, TV area, reading area, balcony with complete bath room consist with one appartment.

Anyone interest to invest on this project ? Do you have any investor who are interesting to invest in South Asia`s most peaceful, developing , majority English speaking country??

region`s most peaceful country is Sri lanka as no internal violations exist. World best share market was Sri lanka 2010.

A friend of mine is half Indonesian and half Dutch, he had a Swiss girl friend. She wanted to retire to a Swiss operated retirement village in Thailand. They went on a discovery visit and he was horrified! The rules were endless, and he just could not envisage ending his days living with Swiss retired people in Asia. He is now happily settled in Penang Malaysia.
