1st: You need to have some demographics. "Some people on the internet say" does not help anything. Restaurants are typically popular with a certain age group, singles, young families... you get the point. So in order to make any sensible conclusion out of your pretty pointless questions, you need to ask about age, gender, profession, civil status... you have not a single question on it, so your survey is complete rubbish.
I sincerely hope that you are only some student, but even then: Fix it or you will fail your class. That was in chapter one of page one of the market research textbook...
2nd: Your categories do not make sense and nobody can answer your vague questions. Instead of listening to the potential customers here, you insult them. That's not a very smart move. Listening is the main job of a researcher and you seem to be completely incompetent to do so.
