Can anyone help? I own a successful engineering recruitment agency in England. We have recently starting supplying contract engineers to a large international company in Zurich. We are looking at supplying to another similar company, however they will only work with us if we have a business registered in Switzerland. Can anyone advise me on how we do this? We don't actually want an office out there as the work will be done in the UK.

If you have no presence in Switzerland how do your contractors get paid? How is their tax and social security deducted?
