Setting up shop!

Hi Guys,

Been some time since my last post, hope all is well with you all...

Was wondering if any of you know what shop space is like in Balexert? I know its gonna a be a thumper... but just curios if anyone knows what the arrangement is like. I've been looking online but cant seem to find out...

Looking at a really small shop space, any ideas on how much it would cost to rent and what sort of arrangement they have?

Would really appreciate your input As always thanx a million...

Re: Setting up shop!

Try www.homegate.ch there are some shops for rent in Geneva.

I could not look into it much further as i have no idea where Balexert is within Geneva nor do i know what type of shop you require other than the fact that you said 'small'.

Your post was quite vague, hopefully the site i mentioned can help you.

cheers
SC

So what made you choose Balexert?

Re: Setting up shop!

Tks guys...

Picked balexert cos its generally busy and I was looking on the terms of a small jewellery shop... silver/semi precious stones/ custom made stuff etc.

Just thought that since you do get a good crowd walking through it might be better...

Its just an idea... just checking to see if its viable...

Open for suggestions

Re: Setting up shop!

I personally cannot stand Balexert, bunch of chain stores in a overcrowded place with difficult access. But to each there own. Yes, it has high traffic, and assume the price to match but have no idea, guess only the agent could properly advise you on this. If you are selling a niche personalised product, I think Carouge suit much better, but that is just my opinion.
