What is meant exactly by "Hispanic food"? Are you allunding to cuisine from the Iberian Peninsula?

I'd guess with Hispanic he means Spanish. Though Spain is in the Iberian Peninsula, Portuguese food has never been refered to as Hispanic. Or he might mean Mexican... Who knows...
