Business location - setting up a company?

I intend to bring a product to market. A patent has been filed, and work with a designer has begun.

We live in Switzerland, our partners are in the UK. While it is quite easy to set a company up in the UK, I imagine the tax consequences are onerous.

Can anyone provide a recommendation as to a good location to establish a company? Could it be done offshore and what would be the benefits? I imagine that director's liability and tax are the major considerations but could be others like flexibility, reporting and I don't know what. The truth is I haven't done this before, so this is all new territory. Any help greatly appreciated.

Most major patents are done through Belgium normally as the income is tax free or 5% or something. The other decent jurisdiction would be Liechtenstein. 1% of assets and some accounting fees.

Zug could also be cheap depending on your expenses etc...
